One of the world’s most popular white varieties found its way to Šumadija, a region that has in recent decades emerged as home to the best and most distinct white Serbian Sauvignons.

While our Sauvignon Blanc owes its unique character to the local terroir, its variety delivers a trademark crispness, enriched with a fuller body and lavish aromatics.
After pressing and short maceration, a smaller part of our Sauvignon ferments in new oak barrels, while the rest matures on a sediment of noble yeast.

SoviNoa is a characterful Sauvignon Blanc, whose aroma is dominated by ripe peach and grapefruit, and a gentle touch of wood, with herbaceous notes such as lemon balm and minerality swirling out. Lavishly fresh on the palate, this medium-body wine leaves a soft finish with passion fruit and tropical fruit tones.

Serving: from 8 to 10 degrees in a classic Riesling glass
