Description
SoviNoa Fumé Blanc is an exceptionally structured wine with a layered set of aromas. The variety’s freshness bursting with tropical fruit, ripe peach with fine citrus notes, spicy herbaceous character, and distinct terroir minerality make for a long, full-flavored, and complex finish.
The creation of SoviNoa Fumé Blanc starts with a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from our vineyard, followed by maturation in premier French barrels lending it gentle notes of noble oak. The wine comes in a limited series of 2,128 bottles.
Serving: at 8 to 10 degrees in a Riesling glass
