ROCK&ROSE

Merlot lovers are well aware that the variety’s key attraction is its lush fruitiness, softness, and silky character.
Apart from yielding quality red wines, Merlot is also an exceptionally good variety for some of the best rosé wines.

We picked our young vineyard’s Merlot grapes only after they were ripe, in order to preserve as much natural freshness as possible. With short ageing on a deposit of yeast, we created a rosé that is at once breezy and serious, light, yet complex.

Our Rock&Rose is gently colored, with an aroma of a handful of crushed berries – strawberries, cherries, and raspberries. The wine is sparky and lithe on the tongue, with an explosive, rich, and long fruity finish.

Serving: from 7 to 9 degrees in a classic Riesling glass
